To maintain maximum flavor and aroma, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Our foil-wrapped tea bags are specifically designed to lock in freshness and protect the delicate tea leaves from moisture.
Are your tea bags compostable and plastic-free?
Yes, our standard tea bags are made from a blend of abaca (manila hemp) and cellulose fibers. They are 100% biodegradable and do not contain any plastic or staples, making them safe for your home compost bin.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, with free shipping available on orders over a certain threshold.
Do you offer caffeine-free options?
Absolutely. We offer a wide variety of herbal teas that are naturally caffeine-free, as well as decaffeinated versions of our classic black and green teas which undergo a natural carbon dioxide decaffeination process.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love every sip. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of food products, we handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.
Are Bigelow tea products gluten-free and Kosher?
Yes, all Bigelow tea blends are gluten-free and the vast majority of our products are Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union. You can find the 'OU' symbol on our packaging for confirmation.
